The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, known as PAIA, lets people ask for records in the way the Act sets out. Send that request using the contact form.

There is no PAIA manual on this website at the moment. We will deal with requests as the Act requires.

If we refuse a request, or we do not reply, you can take that to the Information Regulator at PAIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za.
